This report seeks to present the situation of paternity in Brazil in different areas, such as Sexual and Reproductive Health, Maternal and Child Health, Men's Health, Violence against Women and Children, World of Work, Public Policies, civil society initiatives, relationship between the economy and paternity and Homoparenting. It also seeks to map the efforts and actors that have contributed to promoting fatherhood and care on the national scene, as well as pointing out ideas and recommendations that may be useful in discussing the promotion of gender equality through the involvement of men in fatherhood and care.
