Promoting Respect for Diversity in Companies: Toolkit

This toolkit aims to present some ideas for actions to promote respect for diversity in companies. Created by a group of different civil society organizations – Instituto Promundo and Grupo Conexão G – and companies from the Eletrobras Group – Cepel, Furnas, Eletrobras and Eletronuclear -, it aims to complement the actions developed to promote gender and racial equality in companies , with group exercises, institutional practices of respect for diversity, among other resources, which also include strategies for reducing discrimination against the population of lesbians, gays, bisexuals, transvestites, transsexuals, transgender people (which we summarize under the acronym LGBT) and popular segments. Therefore, we seek to promote strategies that aim to confront different discriminations in an articulated way.
