Functions and activities:
• Coordinate the design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of projects in the area of sexual and reproductive health, fatherhood and violence prevention;
• Co-coordinate quantitative and qualitative research on health, fatherhood and violence prevention;
• Support the Executive Board and Program Coordination in preparing financing proposals;
• Coordinate the preparation of educational and promotional materials as well as research reports, articles and publications;
• Produce activity reports for sponsors and the Program Coordination and Executive Board;
• Collaborate with Research & Evaluation, Communication and Administrative-Financial areas within the scope of coordinated projects;
• Represent Promundo at local, national and international conferences, seminars and meetings.
Profile and Skills:
• Academic training (master's or doctorate) in Public Health, Social Sciences, or related areas;
• Experience in research and intervention projects in the health sector and in popular class spaces;
• Proficiency in SPSS, atlas, SAS, Excel
• Experience and ease of working in a team;
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (Spanish desirable);
• Availability to travel (25% of time)
