The exhibition “Ô Coisinha so Bonitinha do Pai”, by photographer parents from the Santa Marta community, will be on display in various locations in the city during the month of August. These are public spaces and services, such as health and social assistance centers, seminars and events that will celebrate the month of Father's Day and address the issue of valuing Fatherhood.
The exhibition is the result of the project “Father of a boy, father of a girl: engaging parents for gender equality”, developed by Promundo with ten men from the Santa Marta community in 2010. For two months, the men met to reflect and exchange experiences about the exercise of fatherhood, using photography as a tool for practice.
