Call Notice for the Promundo Institute Ordinary General Meeting – 2021

Dear,

As President of the Deliberative Council and vested with the powers conferred by article 27 of the Bylaws, I call on the members of Instituto Promundo to participate in the Ordinary General Assembly of Instituto Promundo, to be held on November 11, 2021, at 9:30 am at 11:00 am, via the Google Meet remote platform ( https://meet.google.com/drj-hnag-yms ), with the aim of examining and deliberating on the following items:

1. PRESENTATION OF NEW MEMBERS (Tatiana and Bianca);

2. PRESENTATION OF THE 2020 ANNUAL REPORT;

3. DISCUSSION ON HOW TO INCREASE MEMBERSHIP AND GREATER PARTICIPATION OF CURRENT MEMBERS IN PROMUNDO ACTIVITIES;

4. NOMINATION OF MEMBERS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE NEW ORGANIZATIONAL STRATEGIC PLAN (2022-2025) TO BE CARRIED OUT AT THE BEGINNING OF 2022.
   

Those who are represented by attorneys must present a specific power of attorney with a recognized signature at the beginning of the work, § 3 of article 20 of the Bylaws.

Finally, only those members who are up to date with their association contributions will have the right to vote and be voted, in accordance with item II, article 11, of the Bylaws.
