Promundo is a Brazilian organization, with no institutional ties to other foreign organizations, and works to promote gender equality and prevent violence involving men and boys in partnership with women and girls. Therefore, our work involves dialogue about masculinities, the empowerment of women through the search for gender equity, the prevention of gender-based violence, fatherhood and care, anti-racism, youth and traditional populations.

We work with actions, training and campaigns with civil society, professionals from the private and public sector, researchers and universities, in addition to integrating protection networks, acting directly and indirectly in the elaboration and application of public policies and conducting political advocacy actions at an international level together with partner organizations.
