With the creation of Promundo in 1997, in Brasília, DF, Brazil, and the implementation of several projects in communities in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, the Promundo team began a legacy of action in the country. The organization's headquarters is internationally recognized for developing research, methodologies, community interventions and advocacy actions in Brazil, Latin America and Portuguese-speaking countries, which are evaluated and disseminated worldwide.

Vice-President of the Deliberative Council
Graduated in Law from the University of Cruz Alta (2007), has a specialization in Civil Law and Civil Procedure from the Institute of Cultural Development – IDC (2009), a master's degree in Law and Public Policies from the Centro Universitário de Brasília - UniCEUB. He had professional experience in private and public law. He worked in the Chamber of Deputies and for the last 5 years he has worked in Corporate Relations at the Lactalis do Brasil group.
Bianca Bonassi
President of the Deliberative Council
Bianca Bonassi, mother of Gabriel and Artur, bachelor in Administration, specialist in People Management (CEUB), and student of Social Sciences at UFG. She works as a Work Management Advisor at CFESS and Co-founder and Consultant in People Management, Diversity, Mental Health at Work and QVT at the company Trabalho no Divã. Additionally, she is a researcher on violence at work, gender and motherhood. Her focus is to promote healthy working relationships and combat gender violence in the world of work.
Alysson Camargo
Member of the Deliberative Council
Alysson Camargo, anthropologist and researcher. PhD and master's student in Social Anthropology from UFG and bachelor's degree in Art History from UnB. Her main research areas are: Visual Anthropology, Cultural Studies, Curatorship and Museology.
Izabel Portela
Member of the Deliberative Council
Graduated in Social Communication | Journalism, Postgraduate in Marketing and Master in Administration. She built her career in advertising agencies, shopping centers and in the social sector. I was co-founder and superintendent of the Newton Rique Institute and the Institute for Social Responsibility and Investment (IRIS). She works at Allos (Aliansce + Sonae + BeMalls) and currently works as Superintendent of Shopping Boulevard Belém. She also worked at Shopping Center Iguatemi Bahia | Bahia Shopping | Parque Shopping Belém and Manauara Shopping. She has held different positions, such as Marketing Manager, Commercial Manager and the current one, Superintendency.

Luciley Rocha

Accountant, Lawyer, with an MBA in Business Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV. She worked for 30 years in Telecom in the areas of Controlling, Auditing and Legal. Co-founding member of the Nascentes do Cerrado Association – ASNACE and Legal Relations Secretariat of the Brazilian Eubiosis Society – Department of Goiânia.
Álvaro Antônio Nunes Viana
Member of the Supervisory Board
Agricultural Engineer, postgraduate in Security Engineering from the University of Brasilia; Lawyer, postgraduate in Civil Procedural Law from the Cruzeiro do Sul University, Auditor of the Federal Agricultural Tax of the Ministry of Agriculture. He held the positions of coordinator of the Cultivar Protection Coordinator / MAPA, director of the Department of Agricultural Inputs Inspection / SDA / MAPA; coordinator of Plant Traffic Inspection of the Department of Agricultural Plant Health/SDA/MAPA, General Coordinator of Wines and Beverages and, finally, General Coordinator of Development and Training of the National School of Agrarian Management.
He also has legal training, with a postgraduate degree in civil procedural law. He currently advocates in the area of intellectual property in agriculture.
