With the creation of Promundo in 1997, in Brasília, DF, Brazil, and the implementation of several projects in communities in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, the Promundo team began a legacy of action in the country. The organization's headquarters is internationally recognized for developing research, methodologies, community interventions and advocacy actions in Brazil, Latin America and Portuguese-speaking countries, which are evaluated and disseminated worldwide.

Graduated in Law from the University of Cruz Alta (2007), has a specialization in Civil Law and Civil Procedure from the Institute of Cultural Development – IDC (2009), a master's degree in Law and Public Policies from the Centro Universitário de Brasília - UniCEUB. He had professional experience in private and public law. He worked in the Chamber of Deputies and for the last 5 years he has worked in Corporate Relations at the Lactalis do Brasil group.

Agricultural Engineer, postgraduate in Safety Engineering from the University of Brasília; Lawyer, postgraduate in Civil Procedural Law from Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul, Federal Agricultural Tax Auditor at the Ministry of Agriculture. He held the positions of coordinator of the Cultivar Protection Coordinator/MAPA, director of the Agricultural Inputs Inspection Department/SDA/MAPA; Coordinator of Vegetable Transit Inspection at the Department of Agricultural Plant Health/SDA/MAPA, General Coordinator of Wines and Beverages and, finally, General Coordinator of Development and Training at the National School of Agricultural Management.
He also has legal training, with a postgraduate degree in civil procedural law. He currently advocates in the area of intellectual property in agriculture.

Alysson Camargo, Bachelor in Theory, Criticism and History of Art (UnB), 2018. He is a researcher in Brazilian contemporary artistic photography. Among the fields of interest are Amazonian poetics: visuality and textuality. Founder of the “Mangas e Bananas” project, 2020, in which he creates dialogues through critical comments on photographs by artists from different states in Brazil. Co-founding member of the Nascentes do Cerrado Association – ASNACE and Legal Relations Secretariat of the Brazilian Eubiosis Society – Department of Goiânia.
