This Toolbook is the result of the Educators Training Project for Gender Equality, carried out through a partnership between the Promundo Institute and the Stimulu Institute/Galpão Aplauso, between the months of June 2016 and June 2017. activity proposals present in this booklet are the result of the adaptation of methodologies developed by Instituto Promundo over its 20 years of existence, in partnership with professionals from Galpão Aplauso. Its objective is to build an environment in which it is possible to talk about topics that are taboo, but at the same time are discussed among students outside the classroom. It is aimed at helping professionals who work at the institution to promote gender equality.
